Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Homefelt. We want you to love your order. By placing an order with Homefelt, you agree to the following terms.

1. Return & Refund (1 Day)

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, including the material, feel, or colour, you may request a return and refund within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

  • Email homefelt.in@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7] business days.
  • Return shipping: [the customer arranges and pays for return shipping / Homefelt arranges a pickup, deducted from the refund]. Choose one and state it clearly.

Requests made after 1 day of delivery cannot be accepted for return or refund.

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item (3 Days)

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Record a continuous unboxing video, starting before you open the package, clearly showing the issue.
  • Email homefelt.in@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and the video.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item, or an item of equal or higher value (the customer pays any difference). Return shipping for verified defective or wrong items is free for you.
  • If we cannot offer a suitable replacement, we will issue a full refund.

3. Items Not Eligible

A return, refund, or exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The applicable window (1 day for returns, 3 days for damaged or defective items) has passed.
  • The item has been used, washed, or altered, or is not in its original packaging.
  • A damaged or defective claim is made without an unboxing video.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still use the return option above within 1 day of delivery.

  • Homefelt reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
