Homefelt offers bedsheet sets and combo offers . All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue, modify or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.
4. Product Information
We try to keep all descriptions, photographs and specifications accurate. However:
- Colors may look slightly different from the photos because of lighting and the display settings of your screen or phone.
- Measurements may vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Small variations in print, pattern placement or finishing are not defects.
5. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).Prices and offers may change at any time without notice. Your order is charged at the price shown when you place it.
6. Payments
We accept secure online payments through the methods available at checkout [LIST: for example UPI, cards, net banking, wallets]. Cash on Delivery is [ NOT AVAILABLE]. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
7. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy from Homefelt. We may accept, reject or cancel any order, including because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment verification problems, suspected fraud or misuse, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 4 to 7 days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days, depending on your location and the courier.

Delivery times are estimates. They can be affected by weather, transport delays, strikes, public holidays and other events beyond our control. Homefelt is not liable for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
9. Exchange Policy (No Returns, No Refunds)
Homefelt does not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final once the product has been delivered and accepted in good condition.
We offer an exchange only if the product is defective. This includes items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or are different from what you ordered.
- Request timing: You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of condition: You must provide a video of the unboxing, from opening the package to showing the product and the defect. We cannot process a request without it.
- How to request: Email Homefelt.in@gmail.com with your order number, the item details and the unboxing video.
- What you get: If we confirm the defect, we will replace the item with the same product, or an equivalent one if it is out of stock, at no extra cost to you, including shipping.
- Combo orders: [If one item in a combo is defective, we replace that item only ]
An exchange will not be made for:
- change of mind, color preference, or ordering the wrong design or size
- a small color difference caused by screen settings
- small manufacturing variations that do not affect use
- items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or whose original packaging or tags are missing
- requests made after the 3-day window, or without an unboxing video
10. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. [“Orders cannot be cancelled once placed”. ]
We may cancel any order where necessary, including for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content and website design, belongs to Homefelt unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or use any of it without our written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- break any law while using the website
- try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- interfere with the operation or security of the website
- copy or scrape website content without permission
- misuse our intellectual property or branding
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Homefelt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim about an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.

Our website uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways and delivery partners. Homefelt is not responsible for their availability, policies or actions.
